Board Certified Behavioral Analysts
BCBAs are responsible for assessments of learners, care planning, supervision of RBTs, and ensuring compliance and clinical excellence for our Learners, as well as other duties involving our clinical department.
Behavior Technicians
Behavior technicians assist in the evaluation of Learners and adhering to behavior health plans.
Pursue Your Career
As part of our mission, our behavior technician (BT) position provides the initial building blocks for a career in Applied Behavior therapy. All technicians will be given the training to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Additional career opportunities include trainer and lead technician positions.

To better serve our staff who choose to become a BCBA, we offer advancement positions, fieldwork required hours and flexibility for classes.
We encourage and provide training if you desire to achieve the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation, which is the most prestigious designation in our industry.
Registered Behavior Technicians
RBTs are responsible for assisting behavioral analysis teams in evaluating Learners and their conditions over a certain timeframe. Their duties include adhering to behavioral health plans developed by other BCBA professionals to provide Learners with beneficial care, interviewing Learners and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior BCBAs.
Scheduler
The Scheduler will perform a range of tasks to ensure center productivity and efficiency, including the implementation of an upbeat atmosphere, assist learners and their guardians, and assist the centers clinicals. Schedulers will be fluent in company policies so they may efficiently find solutions for the center and clinical staff. Most importantly, schedulers should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. This role will report directly to the Clinical OM.
Site Administrative Director
The Site Administrative Director will perform a range of tasks to ensure center productivity and efficiency, including the implementation of upbeat atmosphere, evaluation of center performances, and assisting clinical staff. Site Admins will be fluent in company policies so they may efficiently customize solutions to help clinical and center staff. Most importantly, Site Admins should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. This role will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
