Board Certified Behavioral Analysts
BCBAs are responsible for assessments of learners, care planning, supervision of RBTs, and ensuring compliance and clinical excellence for our Learners, as well as other duties involving our clinical department.
Registered Behavior Technicians
RBTs are responsible for assisting behavioral analysis teams in evaluating Learners and their conditions over a certain timeframe. Their duties include adhering to behavioral health plans developed by other BCBA professionals to provide Learners with beneficial care, interviewing Learners and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior BCBAs.
Career Advancement
As part of our mission, our behavior technician (BT) position provides the initial building blocks for a career in Applied Behavior therapy. All technicians will be given the training to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Additional career opportunities include trainer and lead technician positions.
We encourage our staff to pursue their education and advance their skill set to become a BCBA.
We offer free supervision for those seeking to become a BCBA.
To better serve our staff who choose to become a BCBA, we offer advancement positions, fieldwork required hours and flexibility for classes. We also partner with Florida Institute of Technology & Purdue Global to invest in our staff’s growth into the career of ABA and the fruition that comes with it!
We encourage and provide training if you desire to achieve the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation, which is the most prestigious designation in our industry.
